Divisions with Hermana Torres

Hey!
This week was really really crazy. We had to go to Bahia to get legal, and it took us out of our area for 4 days! That was really hard. We also missed our bus on the way home, so we had to wait in the terminal for 3 more hours for the next one, and didnt get home until 3am. I have never been so sleep deprived in my life. We finally got home and then the next day I was washing some dished when our sink broke. I could really only laugh. There was dirty dish water everywhere and all over everything. I never thought I would miss having a dishwasher so much in my life. I miss mops and dishwashers and organization. Man. But life is good! ! took cleaning equipment from the States for granted, sorry mom. We have transfers this weekend and I am just praying so hard that I get to stay with Hermana Bart because if not I'll cry like a baby. I know how easy my mission has been so far and I don't want the ease to end! I love you guys!

Also I am glad to hear Brent is at least doing okay. He is always in my prayers. I have such a huge testimony of prayer. It has honestly been such a miracle that I have been able to be so happy and so excited for this first part of my mission. It is really hard, but I can honestly say that I love it. Spanish is really hard, but for some reason I have been able to be really patient with myself, which we both know I havent been able to do in the past. I just have been able to really know and feel that everything is going to be fine and that this is a learning process and that I am here for a reason. I know that prayer has made that possible. Putting your focus on the work and trusting Heavenly Father to do the rest is such a cool thing. Its really nice actually. Like I dont have to worry about doing anything but my part. The spirit is the one that teaches I just have to be brave and open my mouth to talk. I love you guys so much and even though I miss you and its hard to be so far away I really do love being a missionary, I already know how hard it will be to leave and I just got started!

Road Trip to Bahia to get legal
While in Bahia I got to see Elder Scheiss and Hermana Davidson form the MTC again

Our Sink Plumbing Broke

Also this week has been freezing. I regret every bad thing I have ever said about the people who told me that Argentine winters are a different kind of cold. I GET IT NOW. The first couple of weeks I was here it really wasn't that bad, but now, man.

Other cool thing about this week was that I had my first experience with a native companion. While we were in Bahia we had to go on Divisions and I was put with Hermana Torres from Mexico. She has only been here for as long as I have and she doesnt speak any english. We were only together for about half of the day but it was really fun. Trying to communicate with each other was really entertaining. Other than that there isnt much else to tell! We are going to be really busy this week trying to catch up on visits but Im excited! I hope everyone enjoyed the 24th! Have a great week!

While we were there one of the nights we played the Harry Potter Jelly Bean game and it was the funniest thing in the world. This is Hermana Bartholomews face after eating Vomit Jelly Beans

The Hermanas that we stayed with while in Bahia. My huge head is blocking Hermana Torres.
