Cereal

Hello everyone!
week 2 is over and it went by so fast! Time at the MTC is weird. My companion and I taught relief society this Sunday and it went pretty well! Spanish can be very frustrating but we have learned that it is more fun if we just laugh it off. Like, hahahahahahahah in 4 weeks were going to Argentina to preach the gospel and I still don't know how to say basic phrases in Spanish. Its good though, we'll get it. Well other than that the food is getting real old real fast. I am too scared to eat the meat here so I have been living off of lettuce and fruit. We get to eat at the temple cafetiria on Wednesdays though so thats awesome. Oh before we got here our zone had this cereal eating contest and all of the elders were determined to break the record of 118 bowls of cereal. So this sunday we were all threatened to eat only cereal for dinner. Ew. but we did it anyways and ended up with 242 bowls between 32 of us. Anyways, Elder Scheiss threw up at 11 1/2. That was the grossest thing I have ever witnessed and I will never  look at cereal the same way ever again. Um also a weird thing, my new spanish teacher Hermano Roberts went to alta at the same time as me. Sometimes it hard to see him as my teacher, we like went to assemblies and parties together. Weird. Okay so other things that I have learned while here at the MTC...
How to forget my key card everywhere I go
How to make up words that sound like Spanish but aren't
How to write a talk in Spanish for Sacrament meeting in 10 min
How to tell if the elders are really praying, or just taking a nap
Anyways yeah so life is good! I know what everyone is probably thinking, "you just wait" but for now, I am in my happy little MTC bubble and life is good! Oh Elder Redlunds came and spoke to us last night and it was broadcasted to all of the other MTCs. It was an amzing talk, I wish you all could have been there! The gift of Tongues is so real and the spirit here is incredible. I have learned more about myself, my heavenly father, andthe gospel in these last 2 weeks than i have in all of my 19 years of life! Love you all!
